i went up to the nurse's station, and instead of asking where the pregnant lady was, i asked where kim was.

the nurse thought i meant as a patient.

so she typed in kim's name, and i saw the screen when her information popped up.

i saw where it said "person to contact in case of emergency" she had put my name.

and that made me really happy.

that i was that person.

that i was an emergency contact.

i called my doctor monday.

the nurse said one of my tests came back. i've got mild to moderate inflammation she didnt say where. i didnt ask, i was thinking about other things.

so now i've got to go back monday, for another test. probably blood work, too.

nonsense. im feeling good and everything.

yup.

sheryl laughed at me, earlier, because i was asleep, but the way i was asleep looked like i was posing for a picture about death.

and now ive got to go to work.
