i slept with her last night.

woke up, pushed to the edge of the bed, because she likes to cuddle and her dogs were also there.

i got up, went to the other side of the bed, she moved the dogs.

fell asleep.

she had moved me back to the edge of the bed, again.

and her dog, whom i secretly adore, had moved around to where i was, he was edging me, too.

so i got up and slept on the floor.

and the dog got up and slept on the floor, too, but across the room.

i looked up, at one point, in a half daze, and saw him look over at me.

tomorrow's her last day of class, she's got an exam, she's all stressed out.

so this is what happened today:

i woke up, got off the floor when she left, slept on the bed so as i could sleep with, you know, room, and without fearing falling off.

then i got up, showered, debated getting emily a birthday gift, read some, she came home from work.

as she was walking in the door she was on her phone, talking about meeting up with whomever to study.

so we eat lunch, she says "you don't mind me going, do you?" and i say "you already told her you were going."

then she leaves.

and i've got no idea when she's coming back, so i don't eat dinner, end up fucking around until 10, when i call her to make sure she's alive and all, because it's been about 7 hours.

she answers the phone, tells me hello, procedes to talk to someone for a few minutes, and then comes back to me, where i say "yeah, just making sure you're okay."

she comes home about an hour later.

the front door is broken, she can't use her key.

so instead of going around back to where she could use her key, she calls me, and i get up and spend two or three minutes trying to unlock the door for her.

i just want to spend time with her. everytime she promises me some time, offers me some time, something else happens.

we take her grandmother out to lunch and that turns into a big family argument.

her parents take us out and we watch two movies with them and she plays her gameboy in the back seat and i feel awkward and isolated because she's not talking to me. damn crash bandicoot or whatever your name is.

no, wait, it was mario cart.

she leaves for a million hours.

she says after tomorrow things will be better, she'll be less stressed and will actually, you know, spend time with me.

hey, at least it's raining.

that's a plus.
